Machine-readable rules
Machine-readable rules form the core of what we do. These rules represent the logic required to comply with regulation. The power of machine-readable rules is that the rules that drive compliance are self-contained, independently maintained and can be combined to create a compliance solution tailored for your unique business.
Because the rules are created separate to the compliance machinery, they can be updated independently and in a timely manner. This ensures that your business remains compliant, even as regulations change.
Human-readable rules
While the efficiency of machine-readable rules is impressive, it doesn't mean anything if the rules don't meet your needs.
We have invested significant effort and resources into ensuring that our rules can be created, maintained and understood by non-programmers. This makes it easy to overlay your business' custom policies on top of the applicable regulation.
Our rules are linked to the regulation they represent
In order to ensure that our rules are maintained as regulation is updated, we link each set of rules to the regulation that they represent.
This means that when regulation is updated, we can trace the differences between subsequent versions and know exactly which rules do or do not require updating.
